Hi beautiful and magical Soul-
I want to offer you something gentle today — not a plan, not a protocol, not something to do right. Just a reminder your body might need to hear.
Your body doesn’t want more discipline.
It wants to be listened to.
So many women I work with feel disconnected from movement — unmotivated, resistant, tired before they even begin. And they often assume something is wrong with them.
But what if that resistance is intelligence?
The body remembers every time it was pushed when it needed rest.
Every time it was told to perform instead of feel.
Every time movement became another way to override intuition.
At a cellular level, your body responds to why you move — not just how.
When movement comes from pressure, the nervous system stays alert.
When movement comes from presence, the body softens and begins to trust again.
And trust is where healing starts.

A small practice (a taste, not a task)
If it feels available, try this sometime today — no music, no timer, no goal.
Stand or sit comfortably.
Let your breath drop into your belly.
And ask your body one quiet question:
What kind of movement would feel supportive right now?
Then listen — not with your mind, but with sensation.
Maybe your shoulders want to roll.
Maybe your hips want to sway.
Maybe your body wants stillness.
There is no correct answer.
This is somatic intelligence and the body completing what it needs to feel safe.
Even a minute of listening changes the signal.
You don’t need the perfect workout.
You don’t need to push through resistance.
You don’t need to earn rest.
Your body already knows how to move toward balance when it’s met with trust.
