Hello, Beautiful and Magical Soul-
Growing up, I wasn’t taught the sacredness of my body, my womb, or my cycle. Like so many of us, I believed it was a burden…..cramps, mood swings, and “that time of the month” felt normal, but disconnected.
It wasn’t until I began deeply working with my own womb that I started to remember….. this space is sacred.
Through this work, I healed not only the disconnections I carried to my womb, but also the physical ailments I used to struggle with like severe cramps and hormonal imbalance. My womb became a place of wisdom, intuition, and power.
Through this journey, I became a cycle breaker in my own lineage. Healing myself allowed me to teach my daughters in ways I wasn’t taught …..especially my eldest, who is now 18.
She has a loving relationship with her own cycle, and when she feels off, she asks me: “What herbs or foods can I use? Can I do a castor oil pack?” Together, we navigate honoring her body, listening to her rhythms, and reclaiming her power without shame.
I want my daughters to embrace their cycles, their womb, and this beautiful portal of power that they have access to and to NEVER be ashamed or made to feel that being a woman who bleeds is “gross”, that hormonal imbalances or issues equates to failure, that menopause means decline or that you’re no longer valuable, or whatever pushed programming society likes to do.
For myself and my daughters and the ones who will come after me in my ancestral line….it stopped WITH ME and the womb work I do, and continue to do.
This is exactly the kind of sacred, transformative work we do in my Shamanic Womb Healing Circles. It’s for women ready to step into their full embodiment, reconnect with their womb wisdom, and remember the intelligence and magic of their bodies.
