Shifting and Recalibrating Your Energy

Hello, magical soul-

Solar Flares, rare planetary alignments, Schumann Resonance off the chart readings, light code integrations, coronal solar flares, the upcoming Summer Solstice, and being in a vibrational year 9 energy…..there is a LOT being pushed through the “pinhole” right now. Do you feel it? I know I, myself, am….as well as all of my current clients are too.

In this newsletter you will find some implementable and tangible tools and practices that you can start to bring into your day to day that will help to shift your frequency in whatever ways most needed.

Recharge and Clear Your Energy

A Few Tips on Caring for Your Energy Right Now:

  1. Get Outside and Touch the Earth. Daily: Spend as much time in nature, outdoors, and with your bare feet to the Earth as much as possible. Earthing + Sunlight=energy channel recalibrations and shifters. Go for nature walks, forest bath, sit outside on a blanket on top of the Earth, walk around with bare feet on the grass, and just be. If you are part of my Membership Community you already know all the ways in which the sun heals and not harms as I shared this deeply in our masterclass this past month.

  2. Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate: Our bodies are mostly water, so staying hydrated is crucial for optimal function. Plain water is SIMPLY NOT ENOUGH. Remineralize and charge your water. Good quality electrolytes, lemon or lime with high quality salt, make Blue Solar Water, drink fresh pressed juices, etc.

  3. Movement Practice: Move your body every single day. Movement is the way your body alchemizes energies in real time. Tune in, listen to your body, and ask, “How do you desire to be moved today?"……and then do that. Do not overcomplicate it. It doesn’t have to be super intense. Somedays all your body may want to do is stretch, yoga, or Yin Yoga. Then the next day it may want something a bit more challenging like HIIT, weights, or a group fitness class. The point is….MOVE that body. It is your temple….honor it.

  4. Nourishing Foods: Your body is a “luxury vehicle” that you get to use to do this life. So, before you eat or put foods in your mouth….ask yourself, “Is this going to nourish and honor myself on all levels?”….then take the next aligned action based on your body’s bio-feedback. I am never here to demonize foods or tell you how to eat. You have your own set of intelligence codes that tell YOU how to eat to nourish, rebuild, remineralize, recode, detox, and support your unique self.

  5. Rest. Rest. Rest: Sounds simple, huh? You’d be surprised how many do not get enough sleep at night, do not get quality sleep, and/or NEVER allow themselves to slow down or rest during their days. I get it….I’m a busy mom, run 2 biz’s from home, do a lot of momma/wife duties while the hubby is off at work (did I mention that one of those kids is 3? haha. Toddler life). BUT, I do make it a point to slow down, catch myself if I’m rushing to get stuff done (when there is really no real need to rush other than my own inner pressure cooker), and take mini-breaks throughout my day when and where I can. I also have a timeframe of when I like to be in bed as I know it helps to set me up for an optimal morning flow that I so so so cherish. (getting out of bed before the house stirs awake is so important to me so that I’m able to anchor into all my morning flows with ease).

  6. Spend More Time with Self and Less Time Scrolling on Socials: If you read my latest post over on my Facebook Biz Page I touched on this. The external noises, the constant scrolling, manufactured dopamine hits from likes/views/comments, and 24/7 stimulation from being online is fraying your nervous system….as well as keep your inner voice lost among the shuffle of outside feedback that you are picking up on. Be sure to observe your screen time, make adjustments if you find yourself scrolling and/or working too much (set boundaries with clients around contacting you), and maybe implement things like: no screen time within the first hour of being awake and at least 1-hour before bed at night. Start to do these things as see what begins to shift for you.
