Happy Full Moon in Leo, babe!
Today is a full moon in the sign of Leo and it’s also known as a Snow Moon. Today’s energy (and the following next few days) are potent energetic times for you to go deep into your heart center and listen.
The energy is more ramped up due to all the Aquarian alignments in the sky and moving deeper into the Aquarian Age energies. There is a lot to say on this and I’m sure you feel it or have read a lot about it. I do encourage you to feel into your own space from within and see what all of this means to you.
I don’t really read a ton of New/Full Moon or astrology articles on the energy…I tend to let myself feel into it, get my own insight, and formulate my OWN internal knowingness BEFORE I even read up on it. Funny enough….it’s always after I tune in, feel it, and then create my own intuitive insights that something crosses my path from a trusted intuitive astrologer that I follow or subscribe to. It’s like God and Goddess put it all on pause for me so I can tune in FIRST and THEN something comes to me that truly affirms, anchors in deeper, or gives me another layer I am to see. It’s pretty fun how that all works.
Anway, I wanted to write to you today to encourage you to have a sit with yourself today or tomorrow along with your journal.
Get yourself into a relaxed state of being (maybe a little meditation or breathwork session), set your space (smoke cleanse it, grab your fave crystal, burn some incense or diffuse some EO’s, sit in your favorite room or area in nature, and grab your favorite herbal tea or cup of cacao).
Once you feel centered, grounded, and dropped into your heart. Start to read these journal invitations and let yourself freely write. Feel the sensation in your heart begin to move, tingle, and grow. Feel that sensation flowing down and into your writing hand. Once you feel as though the energy is moving and connecting to this heart chakra freeway (hands are connected to your heart space)….begin to write out your answers. Let it all flow from your heart.
