Hello, Beautiful and Magical Soul,
I want to talk about something tender today.
Something ancient.
Something many of us carry in our bodies without even realizing it.
This is something deeply personal and tender to me, my heart, and what shaped the way I hold space for the women in my life as well as my businesses.
The Sisterhood Wound
I just released a new podcast episode where we explore what this wound really is, where it comes from, and how it quietly shapes the way women relate to one another and to themselves.
The sisterhood wound isn’t about “drama” or being bad at friendships.
It’s not a personal failure.
It’s the imprint of centuries where women had to compete to survive, stay silent to stay safe, or disconnect from one another to belong.
And many of us are feeling it surface right now.
You might notice it as:
• Feeling guarded or unsafe around other women
• Comparing yourself without wanting to
• Pulling away right when connection feels close
• Longing for deep sisterhood while also fearing it
In this episode, I gently guide you into a new understanding:
That this wound doesn’t need to be “fixed”……it needs to be felt, witnessed, and softened.
I talk about:
• How the sisterhood wound lives in the nervous system
• Why midlife and awakening seasons activate it
• The difference between trauma-bonded sisterhood and regulated, sovereign connection
• How healing this wound restores creativity, magnetism, and embodied confidence
This is a remembrance more than a lesson.
A permission slip more than a strategy.
Because healed sisterhood isn’t loud.
It’s safe.
It’s spacious.
It’s honest.
It lets you be fully yourself without shrinking or performing.
If your body has been craving deeper connection, but your system has been hesitant……this episode is for you.

As always, let this land slowly.
Let your body lead.
And remember:
you are not broken for wanting connection and needing safety.
You are wise.
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to SHINE.
You are allowed to fully express yourself.
You being YOUR MOST FAVE version of YOU is ENOUGH.
With so much love and hugs,
Nichol
P.S. If this episode resonates, it’s also the energy we cultivate inside my spaces….where sisterhood is regulated, spacious, and rooted in sovereignty rather than survival. You’re always welcome here. Whether it’s in my 1:1 private mentorship containers or my Private Community Membership….there is a SAFE place just for you.
