Hello, Beautiful and Magical Soul,
How are you doing? Feeling? Can you BELIEVE we are entering our LAST 2.5 months of 2023? The last 3-months of 2023 are going to be intense, deep dives into inner realms of self, and a MASSIVE realignment with your TRUEST path, your North Star. DO you feel it? I sure do. So much is shifting in me, in my voice, my truth, and the way God is leading me to step up and shine.
Today, I wanna touch base a bit on the pillars of TRUE HEALTH, optimal health. IT just isn’t physical…..it’s mind, body, soul, and YOUR ENERGY BODY.
What if your healing journey was more than just doing the “physical” things? The things that you can see with your eyes? What if your healing is a tangible and intangible dance between what you can see vs what you cannot see, but you feel?
Is the food you eat important?

Is moving the body important?

Is sun is on the skin important?

But, what about energy work?
Tending to your light body?
Your energy field?
This is many times neglected and not worked with when formulating a health and wellness plan.
Energy work is essential to one’s overall healing, wellness, and OPTIMAL health journey.

Too many of you are outsourcing, seeking, and giving away your power in thinking that someone outside of you is more equipped or better suited to give you the remedy you may need, regardless of what ails you. You must remember that the truth of the Divine, God, lives deep within you. It is never seperate. That connection will provide more truth and healing than anything outside you.
Can you have others outside of you assist you? Of course you can, but you must use full discernment to WHY this person is in your attraction point. There are many outside of you who can be of the utmost help on your path, but in order to call those in you must work on your attraction point. You will want those of the most vibrant, beautiful frequency in your own field.
The journey on this Earth is the heal from within and release all that is not of pure light and truth. To detach from the hamster wheel of societal living. Most of it, if not all, is rooted in lies, deceit, and darkness.
The eternal light of truth you seek is through going within and tending to your inner landscape and eradicating all false illusions and ways of operating. Getting deeper in touch with the Higher You, the Higher Self.”
