Hello, Hello, Hello Beautiful and Magical Soul-

Today I felt inspired to drop into a conversation with you around hormones and perimenopause from my own lens as well as the lens of holistics, shamanism, quantum, the soul, and cellular energetics.

I think, especially as women, things are not fully understood and often explained in ways that leave us feeling more lost, a sense of being broken, told to us in words that may translate as “declining, , and so many things/ways that leave us feeling a sense of frustration.

For me, my intention in what I share, teach, guide, or mentor women through is to ALWAYS collapse those old outdated narratives and instead help you reframe it all while also guiding you back home to self.

Serving as a bridge for the human and the mystical parts of self.
The seen and the unseen.
The mundane and the magical.

Guiding you back to the parts you may have forgotten or maybe have been unsure on how to fully access. So, sit back, read, and sink into the words I share today around perimenopause. Taking what resonates and leaving what does not.

Perimenopause isn’t a failure of your body.

I know it can feel like that sometimes.

When your sleep shifts.
When your patience thins.
When your cycle becomes unpredictable.
When your emotions feel closer to the surface than they used to.

But what I’ve been witnessing, in myself and in the women I work with, is something different.

It feels less like breakdown…and more like a threshold.

A moment where the nervous system, hormones, and even the energy field are asking for a new rhythm.

Not more force.
Not more control.
Not another supplement stack to override the signals.

But safety.
Flow.
Space to exhale.

I’ve also been thinking a lot about drainage and drainage pathways of the body, especially as a woman who is in her early 40s, and the importance of innerstanding what that all means for oneself. Knowing how this all works together intrinsically and beautifully to support me, my hormones, my cognition, my energy levels, my nervous system, and how I show up for myself and the world around me.

  • When your liver is supported, estrogen can move instead of recirculate.

  • When your kidneys feel safe and nourished, cortisol softens.

  • When your lymph flows, inflammation doesn’t have to shout.

  • When your sleep is protected and prioritized, hormones can safely recalibrate.

  • When your colon is nourished and regular, the entire system feels lighter.

And the womb…
the womb is recalibrating your relationship with energy itself.

My Current Inner Stirrings of Awareness

As I move into this phase, one of the things I notice is the energy within me reorchestrating and showing me what I’m less tolerant of…..external noise, chaos, fear-based thinking, gossip, and just being mean or ugly toward other people. I am WAY LESS tolerant of BS, drama, and saying “yes” when I truly want to say “no”.

My nervous system picks up on it instantly and signals, “this is misaligned, non-coherent, not for you.”

And when that happens, I don’t see my nervous system as failing or unregulated. I see it as a very smart, laser-focused antenna that is picking up subtleties, running them through my body, and showing me where boundaries have tightened.

It’s my job to listen and take aligned action from there.

I also know the more I ignore or negate that feedback, the more my nervous system and energetics can leak, feeling overstretched and overwhelmed.

Honoring this bioenergetic feedback to me it isn’t optional…..it’s necessary for flow.

Self-Inquiry Prompts

Perimenopause starts asking deeper questions:

  • Are you eating enough?

  • How is your hydration? Re-mineralizing?

  • Are you practicing energetic hygiene?

  • Are you resting without guilt?

  • Are you still carrying what was never yours?

  • Are you listening… or overriding?

  • How are your boundraries?

  • Where are you overgiving?

  • How is your relationship to your body? Your womb? Your menstrual cycles?

  • Where are you pushing and forcing?

  • Where are you being called more into devotion or softness in your life?

Hormone fatigue isn’t weakness.
It’s feedback.


You are NOT broken. You are recalibrating.

Your body isn’t asking to be controlled.
It’s asking to feel safe.

And when safety returns, flow follows.
Energy follows attention.
The system reorganizes.

Hot flashes soften when the system feels supported.
Cycles stabilize when stress chemistry settles.
Mood shifts ease when you stop fighting what’s reorganizing.
Intuition comes back online when inflammation quiets.

You are not broken.
You are transitioning.
And transitions deserve reverence, not resistance.
