I hope you are well and are feeling (or doing things to help) grounded. The Full Moon energies have def been picking up for me this week as we prepare for our Full Moon on Sunday. Lots of internal purging (emotions, unmet inner needs, and such coming up) and external purging……very on par with the full moon vibes.
