Happy September (well, midway point), Babe!

What is going on in your life?

For me, it’s been a lot of inner work, realignment of my purpose work, and going deeper in my connection to God, Goddess, and Jesus. My life has been shifting in magical ways and I find myself opening and softening with ease in the guidance I get daily. It’s been a beautiful way of flowing with the light of my life.

I recently finished up a 7-day Green Juice detox/fast/feast. I was led to do this. I have been an avid juicer and juice feaster for almost a decade now, so I’m no stranger to doing these. I usually plan for at least 2 juice only fasting/feast a year and lasting for at least 7-days….longer if led. It is always easy? No. Ego and your inner tantrums will come out in full force….along with parasites, candida, mold, or low frequency energies that have been hiding deep in the dark caves. This go around I was able to totally overcome any physical shifts going on with ease….it was the emotional self and stories that really came up and through. BUT, I have been doing this work on myself and with clients for almost 15-years….so I was NOT surprised at all.

For a full 1.5 days I was an emotional mess…..sobbing, crying, and processing lots….and looking at my limiting beliefs. It was EXACTLY what I needed. During my 7-days I would frequently remind myself of the context in the Essene Gospel of Peace on how Jesus reminded the men he was guiding through a fast that there would be times that “dark energies” (whom he called demons) would rear their ugly head in order to get the men to quit. Why? Because those “dark energies” did NOT want to be outcasted from their home, their host…..you. Reminding myself that all I was feeling and moving through was PERFECT for me and that the energy/stories/limiting beliefs/parasites needed to move on from me….gone completely.

I came out on the other side of those 7-days with a newness, a freshness, and a new radiance about my entire self. I saw it and felt…as did other people. I felt as though ( I know I did) I unlocked a new level of self. I felt more connected to God and Jesus. I feel….more me…my truest expression, my Highest version of self.

The reason I share this is to say…..God will often push you in uncomfortable directions of guidance and your ego may fight you every inch of the way. This doesn’t mean your ego is right and that God is wrong. It means you are moving into a new frequency that the MIND cannot conceive. You are ALWAYS supported and guided every step of the way. New paths require new ways of being, living, and shining. Uncovering the TRUTH of who you truly are.

I hope this email finds you well and if you are in a place that does not feel good, please know that there are ALWAYS a multitude of outcomes and choice points for you in your Akasha, the Quantum. It is up to you, your free will, and your exercising of your sovereignty to do the aligned actions. But where do those aligned actions of guidance come from? By asking the Divine to SHOW YOU, LEAD YOU, and GUIDE YOU.
