May 2024 Energy Theme:
The energy of May feels like a time to really refine your energy currency. Looking at what you are investing in, giving out, what is being taken, and where you want it to go in the future.
The energy vibration of May is a 5. Which is all about change, shifting, transforming, letting old stuff go, and making space so that the NEW can flow in and have a place to land.
With the upcoming New Moon on the 8th it’s a good time to look at this energy currency and start to look at where you are maybe getting depleted vs filling up your own well of energy. I KNOW everyone and their brother is always talking about, “Wow! The energy is so intense!”, but honestly…it is. (ha ha). It’s only going to keep ramping up, but that doesn’t always mean it’s a bad thing.
Crystal of the Month:
Opal
Opal inspires the energy of compassion, joy, clarity, intuitive insight, and connection to one’s light body. This crystal works well on cleansing and boosting ones auric field, enhances your cosmic connection, is helpful for shamanic journeys, great for deeper meditations, and gives one protection from low frequency energies.
It is also said that Opal will help to bring to the surface buried emotions and stuck energies for healing and release.
How to work with Opal:
Wear it on the body
Lay it on the body while you meditate of journey
Keep in in your home spaces
Carry with you in your purse or bag
Keep it in the car
Akashic Message of the Month:
Each month I drop into the energy of the Akashic Records and ask what message it is that I am suppose to bring forth to share with my community that will serve their highest good.
“Dearest One, We bring to you the message of unconditional love for self. With this message it is not one that comes easy to most and definitely not to all. It isn’t alway an easy path, but the path of least resistance and one that brings about profound insight and deeper connection to your soul.
During this new month, you may find yourself faced with some challenging decisions that will need to be made as they are clearing the way for what is to be manifested for your soul’s highest evolution. These choices aren’t meant to be hard or scary, but instead it will challenge your areas of comfort zones and not wanting to or feeling ready to step into the new parts of your path that are ready to be illuminated. This will have you looking at the way you do, behave, move through, and interact with all parts of your existence.
You will need to tune into your heart, clear ANY energies that block your connection to your unconditional love for yourself. Calling upon God, Goddess, Jesus, and the Divine to assist you in this clearing, activations, and innerstanding. This will help you to gain the spiritual gift of Discernment. One that is VERY much going to be needed more than ever going forward. The world stage is becoming quiet chaotic and we can feel your humanity’s confusion, and may we say, fear over this. Do not fear. Stay out of fear. That is an energy currency we strongly URGE you to NOT play in. Be aware of what arises, yes. Feel into what is sparking fear in you, yes. BUT DO NOT, again, DO NOT, play in this frequency. It is one that is rather strong at this time on your planet and has swept many souls up in it and those souls are having a hard time of getting out of this currency.

These 3 things came in loud and clear. These practices are being shown to me as ones each of us need to be doing on a DAILY basis. Showing me that 30-min minimum and 90-min for OPTIMAL benefits.
Do nature walks, forest bathing, sitting outside in nature, lay on the ground, bare feet on the Earth, getting sunshine with NO sunscreen onto the skin (best to build up exposure over time.), and just let yourself be immersed in this HIGHLY healing chamber of love.
