I often see others solely focus on what they eat and how they move the body when working on optimizing their wellness or healing. Yes, both are important things to factor in and look at, but these are often areas I circle back to AFTER accessing a few other foundational pieces.

Let me share other areas I look at and talk about BEFORE I start suggesting dietary changes and/or accessing your movement practices…….

  1. I will always ask you about your light environment. How much morning light are you getting? Do you get afternoon sun on skin? Are you watching any sunsets? How much unnatural light are you intaking? Do you use blue blockers at night? I start here first and invite you into ways to fix your light and optimize your health with suggestions. I support you in fixing your own light environment.

    THIS is an important area to look at as it addresses your mitochondria, hormonal health, HPA Axis issues, circadian rhythm, metabolism, and so much more. ( I teach in depth on this in my private community membership group)

  2. Somatic/Womb Health/Nervous and Healing. The stories the body holds are not here to hurt you or punish you. They want heard and they truly do want to complete their process of discharge/completion.

    I put all 3 of these together because as you start to decode the messages and stories of the body all 3 will work intrinsically together.


    My intention is to help you GET INTO your body, help you to decode the language of your body and energetics, guide you into processing and discharging the energy/story/trauma, and innerstand how to do this process for yourself without needing my guidance.


    The reason why I put the Womb is because as women we carry a whole timeline, portal, ancestral/lineage wounds, stories, trauma, intuition, gifts, and wisdom in this center of the body (yes, even if you had your womb removed). I teach way way way in depth on this in my private community membership if you want to know more.


    As you do this somatic work and womb work you will create more safety, flexibility, and expansion in your nervous system capacity. Having a NS that can hold capacity for expansion and contractions is extremely vital to optimal health and healing.

  3. Fascia Health and Remineralizing the Body. I have done such a HUGE deep dive into fascial health and the importance of it all over the past few years. After testing some things on myself I have learned HOW IMPORTANT tending to your fascia is to healing trauma in the body, regulating the nervous system, increasing your energetic frequency, unlocking your liquid light flow, unraveling dormant DNA, and so much more.


    Doing fascia unwinding (this is done intuitively the way I teach it) or working with a massage therapist who is trained/rehearsed in fascia massage. Working with this intelligent network is NOT hard or difficult….it’s just not taught to others in how to work with it, support it, unwind it, and optimize it.

    Pair that with remineralizing the body….you are creating a SACRED CONDUCTOR. I would bet almost everyone reading this is minerally depleted (unless you have worked with me and/or have worked with self to intentionally pay attention to your minerals). One of the BIGGEST minerals people are deficient in is Magnesium. This is a master mineral. Since the body doesn’t make it or store it…this is one to really pay attention to and ensure you are getting enough of. When you are stressed, in chaos, sleep deprived, in trauma loops, survival mode, pregnant, breastfeeding, etc you burn this mineral at rapid rates.


    The best way to remineralize is through whole foods first. Eating a diet rich in whole foods will always be my number one way. Then adding in more minerals through herbs (teas, tinctures, etc), magnesium bath soaks, adding trace minerals to your drinks, making Blue Solar Water, infusing intention/energy to your drinks, using magnesium spray on armpits/belly/feet twice a day, etc.


    In August, I will be teaching an in depth masterclass on this topic in my private membership group.

Yes, I look at your diet and your exercise 100%, BUT first I want to look at these other pieces. Why? Because I have found when I start with these 3 pieces I mentioned above it takes care of a lot of the “issues” someone came to me with in the first place.

THEN I will circle back to look at your diet and exercise habits. Those are really important (Hi, I am a fitness professional and a Holistic Health Coach)…….BUT, they are not the ONLY important factors when it comes to healing oneself and/or optimizing your overall wellness.
