In today’s newsletter I wanted to share a bit about magnesium, why you should care, how to use it, what magnesium helps support you in, and so much more.
I am NOT big on taking or even having my holistic health clients take an abundance of supps. I am much more of a “what can I get from my whole food sources and herbal teas, first?”.
BUT-due to a lot of lost practices in regenerative agriculture our soils are VERY minerally depleted. Therefore, I am an advocate of ensuring we are adding back in important minerals through intentional practices so that you FEEL optimal and so that your cells function optimally.
One of those minerals I teach on, focus on, and help clients optimize is:

Why Should I Care about Magnesium?
Magnesium is one of the first minerals you use up first. Stress, trauma, adrenal burn out, overextension, lack of sleep, OTC, medications, and NS Dysregulation can all deplete your magnesium levels.
Using a good quality Mag Spray along with magnesium rich foods, magnesium soaks, and a high quality 4-in-1 mag supplement are great ways to ensure your levels are optimal.
Your body does not store magnesium.
Therefore, I am, personally, an advocate of replenishing the body of this mineral with intention.

Magnesium Rich Foods first (Ceremonial Grade Cacao, Hemp Seeds, Spinach, Brazil Nuts, Avocado, Pumpkin Seeds, Black Beans, Chia Seeds)

Magnesium, Hormones, and Perimenopause

Also, I have put some of my beautiful ladies who are in perimenopause and/or have some hormonal imbalances that are being brought back into homeostasis on Mag Oil spray and are finding some really beautiful benefits.
Things like:
better, deeper sleep
no more underarm odor
better cycles
less PMS
lessened to no more cramps on menstrual cycle
feeling calmer
experiencing better moods
less fatigue
One of the BIGGEST things I’ve heard from those who are in hormonal shifts such as postpartum and/or Perimenopause is how their body odor changes and NOTHING works, BUT…..so many have had AWESOME results (no more odor) with the use of this Magnesium Oil Spray.
