How has August been for you so far?
I have been feeling into a lot of things lately and getting lots of insights. I knew this 2nd half of 2025 was going to bring a lot of deep shifts for me in the way intuited energies and felt about certain “programs” we were all downloaded and bombarded with.
One of those has been:
Health and Wellness
Things Like:
What it means to truly be optimal, the true nature of “healing”, calories and minerals, eating programs that are keeping us stuck, and so much more.
I have been sitting with each as I get them and letting myself really marinate in this “information” and then sharing it as I’m led.
I always ask God, Jesus, and Mary Magdalene what/how/who/when/where I am suppose to go and share what energy I have tapped into.
Sometimes it’s over on my FB page, my membership community, here, my podcast, the client I’m currently working with, or simply for me.
Today, I wanted to share this one with you.
As always, take what resonates and leave the rest.
I share what I share in hopes it sparks your own inner knowing of truths.

Focus on nutrients and MINERALS vs Calories and macros.
When your body, organs, cells, and systems receive a flood of nutrient dense, whole foods, and minerals impacts your wholeness is a profound way.
Your body desires “less dense” foods that allow for quicker digestion processes, breakdowns, and assimilation. This allows for a lower and quicker metabolic processing period.
Which means your body doesn’t have to “work as hard” to process the food you consume.
Nutrient, dense whole foods full of minerals=lower metabolic processing period
Living, raw foods=lower metabolic processing period
Little to no processed foods=lower metabolic processing period
Healthy gut and microbiome=lower metabolic processing period
Mineral replenished cells=lower metabolic processing period
Healthy, optimal mitochondria=lower metabolic processing period

Questions to ask self:
What eating programs have I bought into without questioning it?
What paradigms around eating am I trying to break out of?
What ways of eating never truly felt aligned for me and why do I continue to do them?
What habits do I currently house around eating to nourish and fuel my body that are not feeling optimal?
What is my TRUE belief in the body’s ability to heal itself?
Supporting Your Body is a GIFT

Eat for your Chakras.
Why does having a lower metabolic processing period matter?
When your body isn’t go using all its energetics on digesting the foods you eat (and certain foods do slow it down and take a lot more energy to breakdown/process) it can then focus it’s energetics on optimizing, healing, repairing, detoxing, replenishing, and regenerating.
Give your body food and fuel it knows how to process and assimilate efficiently so that it can then do the other processes with ease.
You are here to ASSIST your body.
Not fix it or heal it.
Your body is already intelligently equipped.
You GET TO support it.

I could talk all day, everyday about so many subjects around optimizing your life and Quantum topics.
It’s what I’m most passionate about and I can see how God led me to all these different areas of self-study. Not only to implement into my own life, but to those who God brings to my path.
I truly, 1000% wholeheartedly believe that whatever you want to optimize, alchemize, “heal”, and transform is available to you. I have seen, witnessed, and done things myself that have been deemed “impossible” without external interventions by outside sources and/or “experts”.
I have had this belief my whole life.
Even as a young child.
Deeply fascinated in the inner workings of the body.
Deeply entranced by methods called “alternative”.
Deeply connected to the unseen.
