Hello, Gorgeous Soul-
I just wanted to pop in and share some words/wisdom around somatics, flow, energy movement, and the process of alchemizing energy through your OWN channel.
I share a lot about “Quantum Codes” because the things you and I have been taught are way deeper than what is “mostly” taught out there. I teach way more in depth on this in my membership community as well as my 1:1 coaching and mentorship containers.
My teachings and shares have been growing as I have been surrendering more and more to allow my truths, visions, shares, and intuitive messages flow through without so much worry around “what will others think of this? what if no one understands me?”
What once felt like self-protection or self-preservation is what I now know as not fully living my truth and letting my fullest expression shine.
I don’t share the things I share to gain applause, approval, or even to be deemed worthy.
I share what I share because it’s something that actively beams and brims from my essence….it’s what I’m meant to do. I teach to EMPOWER others and activate them into the deepest layers of their sovereignty (it’s already yours….you just need to remember it and reclaim it), show them how to alchemize energy, teach on how to truly optimize your life, and so much more.
I am deeply passionate about this.

Mind-Body-Soul Connection and Flow
What does this flow look like? How does it feel? What circuitry are you reaffirming and wiring?
You allow the body to lead you.
You create safety through letting go of rushing.
You create safety through mindful, slow movements.
You are downloading the program of “I feel SAFE in this body!”
You are remembering how you operate and MOVE as a WHOLE.
You tap deeper into your Higher Self.
You activate your Soul Overlay.
You turn on your Soul’s Blueprint and activate the codes.
It feels like alignment, deep remembrance, peace, unconditional love, tapped in and connected to Source Stream (God, Jesus, and Mary Magdalene).
You learn how to heal and optimize yourself, for yourself, by yourself, and THROUGH yourself.
You learn the stories, traumas, wirings, programs, agendas, false beliefs, agreements, and implants that you have corded to you and you learn to how to COLLAPSE them in real time….quantumly.

How Does Somatic Practices Optimize?

Fascia unwinding to transmute stagnant energies, held trauma, stored stress, trapped stories, etc.
Lymphatic hydrating the fascia through breath, pressure, and movement
Circulation boosts
Increased lymph flow to flush out toxins, more ease filled flow, processing stuck/stagnant emotions (energy in motion)
Calming brain and neural looping
Safety to the nervous system
Vagus nerve resetting
Shifting out of survival mode

What are my fave ways to practice Somatics in a Quantum Way?
My fave ways to practice this are:
(not limited to)
Dance Alchemy
A process I created many years ago that helps you to attune to your body’s language , energetics, chakras, and get into the body to transmute, alchemize, and activate energies.
Done through the use intuitive dance, curated music, breathwork, Shamanic Journeying, mirror work, stillness, body scanning, etc.
Somatic Bouncing or Shaking
Put on a 2-min song of your choosing and allow the body to shake, bounce, and move in ways that feel good. No plan. No mapped out structure. Just intuitively led.
Qigong Zen Sways
Put on a 3-min song of your choosing, stand firmly upon the ground, keep your face facing forward, and gently start swaying your arms from left to right sides the body. Your heels will lift up as you sway to each side.
I like to do this while I’m outside :)
Nature Walks and/or Forest Bathing
Being in nature has profound effects on the mind, body, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
It has been shown that being immersed in nature, around the color green, natural bodies of water, and/or trees can boost immune system, lower heart rate, reduce a high blood pressure, alleviate stress, improve lymphatic function, bring more clarity, reduce brain fog, improve cognitive thinking, recalibrate your energy, support nervous system health, increase your EZ water, improve fascia health, and so much more.
Your Breath
Working with the breath doesn’t need to be difficult or a lengthy process. Tune into your breath and focus on your inhales and exhales. Do box breathing, do a fire breath, etc. Do what feels good to you. Too many of us do not pay any mind or attention to the power of breathing.
Simply being presence to your breath.
Place your tongue at roof of mouth behind your top teeth.
INHALE through your nose for a count of 4.
EXHALE through your nose for a count of 6.
Do 3 rounds of this.
Breathing deep into the belly.
Then finish with one big INHALE through the nose. Hold it at the top of the breath for 4-counts then EXHALE through the mouth with one BIG, AUDIBLE sigh.
Do this as often as needed through the day.
I start my mornings with this one.
You can do various breathwork techniques based on your needs. This one is an easy one that anyone can do.
Somatic Yoga
This is less about “nailing” yoga poses and more about allowing letting YOUR body lead you in what it needs.
Gentle, slow, and intentional moments to help the body feel safe and held.
Deep mind-body connection.
Deep breathing to signal to your vagus nerve that helps get you into parasympathetic mode.
Building a deeper connection of presence to your body.
ALL of this shift your energy field, significantly.
