Hello, Hello Beautiful and Magical Soul,

Today, after an acupuncture session with someone I’ve known and trusted for nearly six years, I drove home feeling completely melted back into myself. There wasn’t some huge breakthrough, no profound revelation, no dramatic healing moment…..I simply felt so deeply melted and connected to self.

I was so present, grounded, and more at home in myself than I was prior to my session.

When I got back home, I wandered outside barefoot to look at our little garden. Everything is greening up and growing so fast right now. Everything has tripled in size and made me smile with the abundance that was starting to bloom.

Standing there, I was reminded of something I find myself coming back to again and again:

Your body is the healing instrument.

Not the supplement, the biohacks, the latest wellness trend, the tuning forks, the protocol, the certification, the device, or even the practitioner.

You are the tool.

Your body carries an intelligence that existed long before wellness became an industry. Long before experts, influencers, algorithms, and endless opinions told us what health was supposed to look like. Your body already KNEW and knows how to heal a cut, regulate a heartbeat, digest food, create life, adapt to change, and move through seasons.

There is an intelligence woven into you that cannot be purchased, downloaded, optimized, or manufactured. It can only be remembered.

The older I get, the less interested I become in chasing healing (and teaching from this outdated framework) and the more interested I become in remembering it. Because somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that healing was something outside of us.

We were taught to search, seek, consume, fix, improve, optimize, and outsource.

And while I am deeply grateful for the practitioners (hi, I’ve been one for over 15-yeras now), modalities, therapies, herbs, tools, and technologies that have supported me throughout my life, I no longer see them as the “source”.

I see them as supports, helpful companions, useful mirrors….BUT not the source.

The source has always been within.

This is also why I share what I share. It’s why I podcast about the things I podcast about. It’s why I teach the way I teach. It’s why I guide, coach, and mentor women the way I do.

At this stage of my life, I am far less interested in teaching women how to endlessly chase healing and far more interested in helping them remember who they already are. Because what I see over and over again are women carrying the weight of messages that told them they were broken.

That they needed fixing, that they need an expert, another protocol, another supplement, another certification, another “tool” to use, or another thing outside of themselves in order to feel whole.

I simply don’t believe that.

What I have witnessed in my own life and in the lives of the women I work with is that transformation often comes through uncomplicating.

Through unlearning, through unbecoming, through peeling away the layers of conditioning, fear, noise, and striving that disconnected us from ourselves in the first place.

My work is not about giving women more hoops to jump through. It’s about helping them reconnect with their own body. Helping them cultivate relationship with themselves. Helping them trust their signals. Feel their intuition. Listen to their inner knowing. And uncover the innate wisdom and abilities that have been there all along.

Because your body is not the obstacle. It is the doorway.

Your intuition is not something you need to acquire. It is something you need to remember how to hear.

And the healing you seek is not separate from you.

You are the source.
You are the tool.
You are the frequency.

When a woman truly remembers that, everything shifts. She stops outsourcing her authority. She stops looking everywhere else for answers. She stops living from fear and begins living from trust. She remembers that every decision, every modality, every support can be chosen from a place of discernment rather than desperation.

And from that place, every tool becomes what it was always meant to be…..A support. Not a savior.

Nature reminds me of this constantly.

Nothing in my garden is forcing itself to bloom. Nothing is hustling its way toward wholeness. Nothing is trying to optimize itself into becoming enough.

Growth happens because the conditions support it.

Life naturally moves toward life.

Perhaps we are not so different.

Maybe the deepest healing isn’t becoming someone new.

Maybe it’s remembering who you’ve been beneath the noise all along.

I’d love to hear from you.

What does remembering mean to you right now?

Hugs,
Nichol
