Sound frequency healing is said to be the “future of medicine” and the way many things will be treated in the coming future. Research has shown that sound, frequencies, and tones CAN alter your DNA. This is not NEW. This has been around for over thousands of years…but you know, science takes a bit to catch up sometimes.
If you’ve been here long enough or following me, you will know that I LOVE and use an app called, “CymaTones” that has very specific frequency outputs that are attuned to the aura, chakras, organs of the body, flower/plant essences, specific issues one may be experiencing, cellular detoxification, and so much more. I LOVE having this app at my fingertips to tune into on a daily basis through my phone OR my desktop/laptop.
I will often share recordings of CymaTones audios with those who may be having an issue going on or want to experience what these frequencies feel like to them and in their body. How do you use CymaTones?
I personally love to listen to these cymatic tones with headphones, while I can relax, and based off of what I intuitively feel drawn to. IF I’m experiencing a specific issue, ache, pain, or emotion that I desire some assistance on…then I will go straight to that audio.
Each individual audio is anywhere from 9-10 minutes long OR you can find specific cymatic sets that are much longer sessions (detox, chakra, etc).
Listening to the cymatic frequencies takes the guess work out of finding the specific frequency attunement for what you may be looking for or needing some assistance on.
I listen to at least one audio session a day of cymatic frequencies. BUT if I have something I’m working on reattuning or an ailment…I will listen to DAILY (sometimes a few times a day) UNTIL it has resolved.
