I wanted to share something with you to maybe help you innerstand, reframe, or think of burn-out, adrenal fatigue, and/or CFS in a different light.

HEAL and RECODING your “burn out”:

When you’re stuck in trauma loops, imbalanced masculine and feminine energies, nervous system overloaded, replaying past events or future tripping to timelines outside of the scope of presence,  and dancing with burnout your body will reroute energy away from growth and healing to simply help you survive. 

It’s not just in your head. 

It’s in your mitochondria, vagus nerve, gut, fascia, nervous system, energetic blueprint distortion, etc. 

What starts to happen?

Your mitochondria will down regulate ATP production which means you biochemically stop making energy. Physically your mitochondria stop making energy. 

Your gut will shut off serotonin production, your neurotransmitters aren’t optimal, your vagus nerve can become inflamed or undertoned, your fascia becomes sticky and backed up with unprocessed energies, your lymph can become thick and gel-like, your energetic blueprint becomes distorted, and so on. 

Things like CFS, adrenal fatigue, burn out, and so much more are a full bodied “spiritual black out”. 

The cells in your body stop making energy when they are stuck old looping patterns, trauma loops, survival mode, etc. 

Things That Can Affect Your ATP Production:

What things can affect your ATP production?

  • Mineral imbalances

  • Vagus Nerve dysfunction

  • Nervous System Dysregulation 

  • Fascia bound and/or sticky

  • Trapped emotional frequencies 

  • Lingering energy chords from others 

  • Ancestral Grief/Trauma/Wounds 

  • Mitochondrial Dysfunction

  • Toxin overload

These imbalances can be held, trapped, and bound in your facia, lymph, energetic blueprint, and nervous system. 

Heal this through reclaiming and restoring your mitochondrial function, balancing your neurotransmitters, discharging trauma and/or stuck energies, nervous system work, hydrating your fascia, and supporting your lymph system. 

You heal through supporting your body to FEEL safe again.

How to Heal and Recode:

  1. Reawaken and optimize your methylation processes/pathways.  

Helps with detox, energy production, and mood regulation. Eat foods high in natural methyl givers such as beets, spinach, kale, beans, legumes, dark berries, cruciferous veggies, pumpkins/sunflower seeds, remineralized hydration (water+fresh citrus+pinch of salt+raw honey).

Bulk up your whole food support BEFORE supplementing (my own personal preference)

  1. Vagus Nerve support.  

Humming, singing, toning, etc (covered in depth in my membership community) 

  1. Somatic and Fascia Unwinding.  

Bouncing, shaking, intuitive fascia flow, intuitive dancing, etc.  These are ways to discharge energies.

  1. Nervous System support. 

 Create safety first.  The intention is to have a flexible and system that can hold capacity to expand AND contract with safe stability. (Covered in depth in my membership community) 

  1. Sunlight. Sunlight. Sunlight. 

Morning sun in naked eyes, afternoon sun on skin, evening sunsets (naked eyes), and block as much “junk light” as possible. Support your mitochondria, circadian rhythm, hormones, digestion, EZ Water, and do much more with NATURAL light. (I cover this more in depth in my membership community.)

  1. Support your Fascia and Lymph.

  Hydrate (remineralized water or living enzyme rich waters like fresh pressed juices), magnesium soaks, red light, pressure, fascial stretching, lymph drainage, rebounding, walks in nature, dancing, jumping, Earthing (optimize your currency), dry brush to wake up superficial lymph vessel flow, open up your lymph drainage sites BEFORE lymph work, and so much more. All of the above also give space for energetic discharge, somatic experiencing of trauma/ancestral imprints, past life Imprint or distortion , etc

Energetic Root Causes of Adrenal Fatigue, Burn Out, and CFS:

All of these carry energetic themes and roots of:

  • People pleasing 

  • Lower Triangular Chakra Imbalances (root, sacral, and solar plexus)

  • Imbalanced Masculine and Feminine energetics (leans more heavily on masculine)

  • Overextending energy 

  • Imbalances or blocks “receivership” energy in favor of giving to others (could stem from a maternal line wounding)

  • “I will just do it myself because no one knows how to do it the way I want” energy

  • Having to do a lot on own as a child or left to be the primary caretaker in home setting

  • Hyper-indepence in oneself

  • Wounded energetics around being seen or having to do “ a lot” in order to be seen

  • Grew up in a home that praised doing a lot, getting a lot of accolades, and achievements

  • Unworthiness wounding

  • Fear of rejection

  • Placing value over self in ways one produces or is seen as productive

  • Performative energy

And so much more.

Closing Thoughts:

I’ve always found it massively fascinating to read and feel into the energetics of things. I’ve done it on myself for as long as I can remember and I’m always doing it with others when someone comes to with a question, needing help, or wanting to work with me. (I never peek into someone’s energy field without their permission.)
