Hello beautiful and magical Soul,

I want to drop a little womb magic into your day.

Your womb isn’t just a physical space……it’s an energetic portal with it’s OWN electromagnetic field (I will be doing a podcast episode very soon on the Womb Coherence. It’s a powerful one), a place of creation, intuition, and alchemy. When we honor it, move with it, and listen to it, it begins to speak in whispers, vibrations, and even gentle nudges guiding your life.

Here’s a tiny ritual you can do right now, wherever you are:

1. Light & Breath:
Place your hands over your womb in Yoni Mudra. Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths.

Imagining golden light filling your heart space and then flowing into your womb with each exhale. Feel it warm, soften, and awaken.

2. Whisper Your Intention:
Speak to your womb (and your ENTIRE BODY. All of it. Your cells, organs, etc) . It could be, “I am ready to remember my wisdom,” or “I am open to pleasure, flow, and creativity.” Let the words sink in. Let your womb respond……not with words, but with energy, sensations, or even images.

3. Movement & Flow:
Sway, circle your hips, or gently rock your pelvis. Invite your womb to dance. This isn’t about perfection…..it’s about connection, letting energy flow, and letting your womb’s voice move through your body. My fave song for Sacral/Womb movement.

4. Receive:
Sit in stillness with your hands in an upside down triangle (Yoni Mudra) over your low belly/womb space. Allow any images, emotions, or insights to arise. Your womb knows. It’s always speaking……you just need to pause and listen.

A little update:
My Virtual Shamanic Womb Activation & Healing Circle is currently sold out (thank you, beautiful souls!), but I will be opening more circles in the future.
When I do, you’ll be the first to know.

Until then, play with these small activations.
Treat your womb like a sacred friend, a wise guide, and a mystical portal.

Listen.
Dance.
Breathe.
Connect DAILY.
Alchemize.

Your womb is waiting to remind you of your magic.
Are you ready to hear it?

With love, reverence, and a BIG Hugs,
Nichol
