Hello, Beautiful and Magical Soul-

I want to chat with you a bit about energy healing, intuitive work, and the way I move with energy.

To some people, energy work can sound way “woo woo”and I understand why.
But I want to bring you into a different entry point……one your body already recognizes.

Your body is electric.

Every second and every microsecond…your brain, your heart, your nervous system, your energy centers, your inner field and outer field, your heart magnetic field, your biofield….they are communicating through electrical signals.

This isn’t abstract.
This is measurable.

Science and modern medicine measure it in terms of brain activity, heart rhythms, and nervous system responses/outputs

Your heart alone creates a powerful electromagnetic field that is stronger than the brain and it extends beyond your physical body.

Not in a metaphorical sense, but in a literal one.

Your cells are in constant communication.
Signaling repair, regulation,function or dysfunction.

Your mitochondria, ATP, nervous system responses, metabolic output…….All of it is communication through energy.

So when I speak about energy healing I’m not introducing something foreign to your body. I am working with what is already happening within you.

There is research that points to real, tangible shifts that energy healing:
reduces pain
reduces anxiety
stress relief
improves quality of life
creates greater coherence within the system

Energy healing is simply a deeper, more intuitive way of listening and responding to the bioelectric field that you already are.

Your body is intelligent.
It’s waiting for you.

Waiting for you to meet it.
To communicate with it.
To come back into coherence with it.

And yes when I work with someone, we go deeper.

Together we move into root causes.
Deep into the body.
Into the energy centers.
Into the layers that exist beyond what you can physically see.
Into Past lives.
Into ancestral lines.
Looking at Maternal and paternal imprints.
Imbalances within your physical energy centers AND the ones that reside outside of you.
Stored experiences within the field.

But underneath all of that this is the foundation:
You are electric.

And this work is simply supporting the currents within your body and within the field that extends beyond it. This isn’t something outside of you. It’s you…..remembering how to work with you.

If you’re feeling the pull to explore this more deeply, I offer sessions called Embodied Remembrance. These are spaces where I meet you exactly where you are while working intuitively within your energy, your body, your field.

I offer 90-minute virtual sessions done via Zoom and 2-hour in-person sessions in my home for those who are local.

There is no rigid structure and no two sessions are ever the same.

I am deeply fluid, flowy, and steeped in my Divine Feminine Essence while in this work and guided by your energetics, your body, and what is ready to move, soften, and come back into coherence.
