Hello, Beautiful And Magical Soul-
Your body is always speaking to you.
Not just through aches or tension, but through sensations, shifts in emotion, subtle urges, and even the quiet whisper of thoughts.
Yet so often, we’ve been taught to ignore it, to “fix” it, or to see it as something separate from our wisdom.
In this episode of my podcast, Body Literacy: The Gateway to Intuition, I explore what it really means to listen to your body as a living, intelligent system.
When we learn to read its language, sensations become messengers, emotions become teachers, and intuition becomes not just a concept, but a felt reality inside you.
Body literacy is not about fixing or controlling.
It’s about returning to the knowing you were born with. And as you practice listening, you begin to notice the subtle ways your body communicates: a twinge of discomfort, a softening in your hips, a heaviness in your chest, a spark of curiosity or creativity. These are not problems to solve.
They are messages waiting to be heard.

A little reflective prompt for you:
Before you listen, take a moment today to notice one subtle sensation in your body.
Maybe a shift in tension, a lightness, a pulse, or a gentle energy.
Ask yourself quietly:
“What is my body trying to tell me right now?”
Hold that awareness lightly as you move through your day.
Use this an anchor source to tap into throughout your day.
Want deeper community?
